Rainmakers Awards nomination for Alexander & Co’s tax advisory team
The 2024 North West Rainmakers Awards shortlist has been announced and Alexander & Co is delighted to be shortlisted in the best tax advisory category. The awards, organised by The Business Desk, recognise the best deals and teams from the past year.
Additionally, Alexander & Co were also involved in the Management buyout of Resulting IT backed by YFM. This is nominated in the Small Deal of the Year (up to £10 million) category. Here Alexander & Co provided YFM with tax due diligence, tax structuring and investor tax advice. We also provided management support to the diluting shareholders.
