John qualified in 2000 and has previously worked for companies such as KPMG, PwC and Grant Thornton. His specialist areas include:

  • Personal tax
  • Corporate tax
  • Advising family and private equity backed and listed companies on a range of aspects including; raising and investing funds, extracting funds, acquisitions and disposals as well as succession and exit planning.
