Forever Manchester chosen as Alexander & Co’s fundraising charity
Forever Manchester has been chosen as Alexander & Co’s main charity for its ongoing fundraising efforts for the year ahead. Alexander & Co undertakes a wide range of charitable activities throughout the year for local and regional charities where it operates, alongside fundraising efforts for national charities.
Alexander & Co’s first fundraising event for the charity was the 2023 Great Manchester Run on Sunday 21 May. This year we had more colleagues than ever running in both the 10k race as well as the half marathon. Always a fun, celebratory day out, we are looking forward to participating once again.
Who is Forever Manchester?
a community foundation, Forever Manchester is a charity which raises money to support and fund community activity across the Manchester region. Established in 1989, it has raised over £59 million to date for local communities. These funds raised are used to support and fund circa 1,300 community projects each and every year.
