Key appointment for Alexander & Co tax team

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sharon Collier who brings circa 30 years’ experience to Alexander & Co.

Sharon joins the team as a Tax Senior Manager, further strengthening our growing tax team here in Manchester. Sharon is a well-regarded adviser with circa 30 years’ experience acting for entrepreneurial individuals, companies and trusts with specific expertise in overseas trusts and international taxation.

She joins us from a Cheshire-based tax advisory firm, where, as Associate Director, she formed part of the senior management team and headed the international tax service line. Sharon has also previously worked for three of the big four accounting firms both in the UK and Malta.

A warm welcome to our new Tax Senior Manager

Sharon will work alongside tax partner John McCaffery and the wider tax team on both UK and overseas tax and business advisory matters. She brings extensive knowledge and experience to the team across a wide range of sectors, including property & construction, manufacturing & engineering and entrepreneurial and family businesses.
