Stephen qualified with KPMG in Manchester and joined Alexander & Co in 1989.
Stephen has extensive experience of audit and assurance matters. As well as acting for UK businesses, he helps overseas businesses with their UK operations, liaising with their overseas advisors.
Stephen also advises clients with transactional advice including acquisitions and disposals.
